Pitlane Café Co. is the product of late nights in the shop, early mornings at the track, and a lifelong obsession with cars, motorcycles, community, and creativity.

My name’s Tomas — I’ve been drifting for years, working on my own builds, spotting for pro drivers at FD, and living this motorsport lifestyle every chance I get. But no matter where I went, drift days, track events, car meets, there was always something missing: good food that felt part of the scene.

So I created Pitlane Café Co. to change that. What started as an idea in my head is now a full mobile pop-up experience, built from scratch and inspired by the energy of the hot pits. We serve track style foods, foil-wrapped burritos that hit like tire warmers, cold brew straight from a fuel handle. It is real food that doesn’t feel like an afterthought.

This isn’t just about what’s on the menu. It’s about building something for the community I grew up in, the early risers, the late night tuners, the track crews, and every enthusiast in between. If you’ve ever stayed up working on a car just to make it to the next event, you’re already one of us.
