How Private Catering Works

1) Pick a package
Choose Standard ($550), Standard+ ($950) or VIP ($1250), then select your mains.
2) Request your date
Check our availability and send a booking request by email or the form. We confirm within 24 hours.
3) Deposit to reserve
A 25% deposit via Zelle/Venmo reserves your event. We roll in, set up, and cook.

  • Up to 15 people
  • Choose 2 mains: Clutch Burger, Drifter Dog, Trackwalk Quesadilla
  • 3-hour service window (setup/teardown separate)
  • 2 crew, disposables & condiments included
  • Travel within 25 miles of Corona, CA

Standard + — $950
  • Up to 30 people
  • Choose 2 mains: Clutch Burger, Drifter Dog, Trackwalk Quesadilla
  • 4-hour service window (setup/teardown separate)
  • 2 crew, disposables & condiments included
  • Travel within 45 miles of Corona, CA

VIP — $1250
  • Up to 45 people
  • Choose 3 mains (option to include Pit Croissant for breakfast)
  • 4-hour service + priority line signage & custom menu board

Policies

Deposit 25% to hold your date. Balance due 48 hours before the event. One free reschedule with 7+ days notice. Deposit non-refundable within 7 days of event. Card, Zelle, and cash accepted (standard card processing may apply). Sales tax where applicable.
